What is your return policy?

We have a return policy of up to one month. We allow you to have complete satisfaction at the time of purchase and the product can be returned within one month if a genuine issue is found.

Is there any guarantee?

Yes, we provide a 5 year guarantee at the time of purchase. A guarantee card will be issues along with the product containing the purchase date as well as authorized signatures.
